About Us
After managing the largest Yoga Studio, she completed her Master Aryvedic Yoga Therapy Program with Himalayan Yoga School in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Upon completing her program, she consulted yoga studios and led yoga teacher training programs internationally from Australia to Greece.
While consulting in Australia, she became a certified Mat Pilates and Reformer instructor with Studio Pilates in Sydney, Australia. She is now back in Kansas City, becoming a comprehensive Pilates instructor and merging the two branches of the movement.
Biggest Goal
Her biggest goal is to return to Greece to start a retreat center aimed at helping with the Refugee Crisis.
